Our  Quality Policy

We believe that Quality can be quantified by degree of conformance to the specification.
That exceeding the  specification is only being wasteful in terms of resources (apart, of course, from displaying one's ignorance of true engineering principles), while falling short of specification is being lacking in terms of reliability.
Our specs  are arrived at by serious engineering calculation, vetted by meticulous trials, &/or by the analysis of a vast number of observations. Not  by random, 'more-is-better' techniques.
We take pride in working smarter;  & not in blind overkill of any sort.
Of course, all this is of no consequence if the user is not benefited ! So our policies are  customer-centric and consistent with our Mission.
